In this presentation, Ben Siddall from Vantage Partners will discuss current trends in alternative fees arrangements and how you can negotiate and use these arrangements to secure new clients and keep your current clients satisfied. In addition to hearing from our speaker, attorneys that have successfully (and unsuccessfully) used these arrangements will discuss their experiences.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Ben Siddall is a Senior Consultant at Vantage Partners, LLC, where he works with leading companies worldwide on negotiation, sourcing, and alliance strategy.

Ben frequently works with professional service firms and has advised multiple clients on fee strategy and outsourcing decisions. Outside of his professional service firm work, Ben provides negotiation coaching for sales, procurement, and in-house legal teams and has worked with several Global 1000 companies on alliance management matters.

Prior to joining Vantage, Ben led business development and partnership outreach at a technology start-up technology company. He also worked as an associate at Covington & Burling in Washington DC and as an economic consultant. Ben received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Boston University.

ABOUT BLN
